A dance stage will suddenly appear in the middle of the night. Led by choreographer/dancer Ryohei Kondo, who heads the Condors, participants will passionately and quietly perform Bon-odori dancing in the middle of the night. Don’t miss out on the fun!

ARTISTS

Ryohei Kondo and friends

Choreographer and dancer, and leader of the dance group CONDORS. Has choreographed for and danced in the opening scenes of NHK’s “Salaryman Neo” and “Teppan.” Has been awarded the Shuji Terayama Award in the 4th Asahi Performing Arts Awards, and the 67th Minister of Education Award for Fine Arts. Teaches dance at Rikkyo University and others. In 2016, Condors performed at NHK Hall and later held additional performances there. Among his endeavors to make a contribution to society is the “Kondoruzu no asoiku keikaku (The Condors’ Playing and Learning Plan)” held with NHK Educational which are concerts for children centered on audience participation. Kondo also holds dance performances with disabled people in a project sponsored by the Saitama prefectural government.
