Relocating its main space to Roppongi in October 2016, Tomio
Koyama Gallery also has a second Tokyo location in the retail
complex Shibuya Hikarie. Disseminating the abilities of young
contemporary artists both to domestic and international
audiences ever since its opening, the gallery has created a
movement forming the foundations of contemporary art in Japan.
Tomio Koyama Gallery represents a wide range of Japanese and
international artists across many styles, from celebrated
masters to new emerging talent, including Kishio Suga, Hiroshi
Sugito, Mika Ninagawa, and Richard Tuttle. The gallery aims to
nurture and expand the contemporary art market from its unique
perspective. During Roppongi Art Night, the gallery hosts Makoto
Saito’s solo exhibition, “2100.”
