Weaving a fishing net together with participants, artist Igarashi Yasuaki connects people and their memories. Then looking through the meshes of the Sora-Ami “Skynet” catches local scenes in a new light. Previous net works hang suspended in the West Walk atrium, as the artist and participants work all night to make an even larger Sora-Ami, creating a one-night-only fishing village in Roppongi!

Born in 1987, Chiba. His on going project is to create a new perspective and the relationship among people in everyday life by living there with them.
