Seung-Woo Yang, a Tokyo-based photographer who came to Japan
from South Korea in 1996, will hold a solo photo exhibit to
commemorate the publication of his new photobook, TEKIYA. Yang
received the 36th Domon Ken Award in 2016 with his publication
"Shinjuku Lost Child" with Zen Foto Gallery. While he continued
to take photographs of Shinjuku, he has also been capturing the
world of Tekiya for over 10 years. This exhibition will present
30 color prints selected from the long-awaited photobook.
When: Sep. 16 (Fri.) to Oct. 15 (Sat.)
Dialogical Appreciation: Sep. 17 (Sat), at 11:00, with by Hiroshi Odagawa, museum facilitator Reservations required (Fee: ¥1000)
