Moving toward the 2020 Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics, it is necessary to take steps related to making an inclusive society enabling all people - regardless of whether or not they have disabilities - to participate in the creation and enjoyment of culture and art. Because of this, key figures from Japan and abroad will be invited to attend a symposium on the theme of artistic activities by people with disabilities and activities related to people with disabilities realize a society that, along with the Olympic and Paralympic movement, respects diversity leading to further development of artistic culture by taking steps to make an inclusive society through culture and art.
